The Shadow of Emotional Confusion
This week the sky moves through deep Pisces waters. Pisces is the sign of empathy, imagination, dreams, intuition, grief, and spiritual awareness. It is also the place where illusion lives. Every time you notice the glass, pause for a moment and ask yourself a simple question.
“What am I actually feeling right now?”
Name the emotion without analyzing it.
Sad.

Hopeful.
Confused.
Naming the feeling brings it back into the body instead of letting it spiral through the mind. Water acts as a mirror for the emotional state moving through the nervous system.
At the end of the day pour the water down the sink and imagine the emotional fog leaving with it.

Yesterday, my partner came in from work and spoke about being sad. Oh the transference was palpable. I was weepy within minutes and knew 💯 it wasn't me.
