Yesterday, my partner came in from work and spoke about being sad. Oh the transference was palpable. I was weepy within minutes and knew 💯 it wasn't me.
Thursday I was so out of sorts--sad, tearful, strongly emotional. For no reason. Maybe a song lyric. Couldn't shake it and it was like watching someone else's grief. Very uncomfortable, uncontrollable feeling.
